Return & Exchange policy

We gladly accepts returns of unworn or defective merchandise for full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. 

Locomotive Inc. does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order at your earliest convenience.

If you would like to return an item purchased on Locomotive Store, please send us a request for a return authorization within 14 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval. Emails should be sent to store@locomotive.ca.

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
